We sell products around the world. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivering your product.
We dispatch all orders within 2-5 days (Monday – Friday) except for sale and peak periods where this may take longer.
Once we send your order, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail to follow your package along its trip to your doorstep. Feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any further questions or concerns regarding your order’s shipment.
If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will contact the courier company.
We accept returns of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered, and you wish to return it. Under these circumstances, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. It would be best if you considered using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.
If MinMin Copenhagen has made a mistake regarding your order, we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com.
